Job Description:

We are seeking a MERN Stack Implementation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack development and a proven track record in implementing Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role requires expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring seamless integration with CX platforms. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and implement web applications using the MERN stack. 
  • Work closely with Customer Experience (CX) teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party applications to enhance CX solutions. 
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness. 
  • Implement best practices in coding, security, and performance tuning. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack. 
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in MERN stack and CX solutions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. 
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. 
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices. 
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues. 
  • Prior experience in Customer Experience (CX) platforms, CRM integrations, or customer engagement solutions is highly desirable. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven customer experience solutions. 
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data processing. 
  • Background in Agile development methodologies.
