Job Description:
We are seeking a MERN Stack Implementation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack development and a proven track record in implementing Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role requires expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring seamless integration with CX platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using the MERN stack.
- Work closely with Customer Experience (CX) teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party applications to enhance CX solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
- Implement best practices in coding, security, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in MERN stack and CX solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Prior experience in Customer Experience (CX) platforms, CRM integrations, or customer engagement solutions is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML-driven customer experience solutions.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data processing.
- Background in Agile development methodologies.
