Job Description

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Customer Success, you will own end-to-end customer engagement activities, including product demonstrations, enablement sessions, adoption tracking, and renewal support. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, recommend solutions, and ensure continued value realization from the product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations for new and existing customers, showcasing features, best practices, and tailored solutions
  • Own the complete demo lifecycle, including demo readiness, delivery, solutioning, and closure
  • Deliver enablement and training sessions on existing features and new product releases
  • Monitor customer product usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement
  • Proactively recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and value realization
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business goals and challenges
  • Provide continuous support and solution guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Lead renewals and upsell initiatives for allocated customer accounts

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Experience in the contact center industry is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and results
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
